PESHAWAR, Oct 6 (APP): The NWFP Governor, Awais Ahmad Ghani has signed summary sent by Chief Minister, Amir Haider Hoti regarding Amended Shariah Nizam-e-Adal Regulation 2008 for enforcement in Malakand division. According to a press release issued by Chief Minister Secretariat, the Governor signed the draft amendment bill on Monday.
Nizam-e-Adal Regulation 2008 is drafted by NWFP Government with the objective of enforcing Shariat laws in Malakand division.
After inking of the draft law, the summary will be sent to President of Pakistan for final approval.
